Macco Properties was founded in 1970 by George and Jan McAuley. Recently married and a 2-year-old son, they purchased their first investment property in North Redondo Beach, California. George, a mechanical engineer by day and now a maintenance person at night repairing/remodeling the 6-unit apartment fixer-upper they just purchased. Jan, a computer programmer for XEROX, was transitioning to a stay-at-home mom (twin girls on the way) and family bookkeeper and bill payer. In 1978 George and Jan purchased a 37-unit apartment building in Torrance, California. In 1982 they purchased a 20-unit apartment building in San Clemente, California.  Now with almost 100 units in two states including 2 short-term rentals we know you will find a place that you are proud to call home.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
